Ms. Turner is an award-winning educator, social entrepreneur and founder of Urise Ventures, a business incubator for aspiring youth entrepreneurs. In 2015, she launched Urban Tekk, an inclusive community technology and enterprise center for underserved youth and their families in North Hartford.
